Ray Horak of Telecom Reseller recently sat down for an interview with Larry Levenberg, vice president and general manager of NEC's national channel business. The primary messages I glean from it are twofold:- The technology sector is leading the way in the economic recovery
- The market is heading toward software-based communications.
