NEC Virtualized Data Centers: High Availability and Data Integrity Together

The trend toward virtualized data centers is creating as many challenges as it’s solving.  Front and center among these challenges is the need for high availability with zero downtime, especially where delivery of mission-critical business applications are concerned.
 
Today, NEC announced VMware vSphere™ support on its Express5800 R320a and R320Fd FT server series. These servers deliver continuous VMware processing and availability in the event of both planned and unplanned outages, offering the highest level of data integrity at a cost lower than other VMware high-availability options.
 
Don’t take our word for it. Principled Technologies did their own third-party analysis of the NEC FT server / VMware combination and published its own results.
 
By the way, NEC is offering a 30-day no risk trial on this technology.
